Just realized Mike Remmers for the Chiefs and Daryl Williams starting for the bills, not saying it is the case, but We've said for a while that our OL situations were always terrible and caused terrible QB play, and in many ways I still agree, but its also possible to point out that even with parts that we have had its possible to have a QB still compete at an elite level and or better utilize those parts so they are able to succeed instead of running Riveras 1930 style of football.

And apparently playing it fairly well.  Maybe his issues here were more with us than with him?

He was only at LT on that last drive. He was a solid RT for us except when he faced elite speed rushers. I don't blame SB50 on him. It was on Shula. You have to know your players and their strengths/weaknesses. You can't allow Remmers to be left on an island against Von Miller.

Lmao yeah Mahomes, the talent at their skill positions and having A legit HOF head coach and great offensive coordinator have no connection to the fact our genius crayon sniffer Mike Shula and Rivera didn’t give this crap player any kind of help against one the best defense in our era is telling.

Cam always held the ball too long.

Not having good receivers will do that though.

    • I'd give Bryce until the trade deadline to prove he's the answer and if he's not I'm dumping him for whatever pick we can get and I'm riding with Dalton the rest of the way.  2 and a half years is enough time to determine if he can be the QB going forward so for Bryce he needs to come out over the next couple of weeks and show that. The other players in the locker room don't wanna waste another year of their careers waiting to see if you'll ever figure it out.  If you took a poll of the players in the locker room I'm sure they'd rather lose with a respected veteran Dalton who at least gives them some creditability versus losing with Bryce who the entire media will say was let down by his supporting cast when in reality it's Bryce's physical limitations that are holding this team back.
    • I agree that he should’ve never been the pick at 1. In my 44 years I’ve never seen a team invest that much in a QB who is my size. I’m not meant for the NFL and neither is he.    Accepting we can’t change the past, I think it’s the correct call to keep playing him hoping that he will prove us wrong. I think we were dumb not to draft a QB this past year and let him learn and compete but that’s our reality.    I’m hoping this is the last year with the BY experiment and he deliverers us 1. To the playoffs or 2. The number one pick and we draft a real QB.
    • In his first interview after the surgery he sounded absolutely miserable.  Man that must beat you down to have that done
