You mean how it’s sorted by race?

Exactly. Despite his past years showing no pattern at all it’s painfully obvious that in 2021 he has become a raging racist.

I bet he has white players at the top of his RB and CB lists.

Dude. Stop it.

I posted his previous year predictions below this years list where he ranked Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray as his top QBs in the respective classes, as well as an article detailing how he thought Mahomes was the most special talent in the 2017 draft.

I know Mond is the surprise here but assuming that Simms knows what it takes as a QB to make it in the NFL given he saw a bunch, he certainly had good success and put up good numbers in the SEC.  I think the most interesting is putting Jones behind Wilson and Lawrence. Seems if he was there at 8 he might be a deal if Simms track record holds.

Now, Before you all get your panties in a wad over these rankings and talk about how much of an idiot Chris Simms is, Take a look at his track record:

2018

1) Lamar Jackson
2) Josh Allen
3) Baker Mayfield
4) Sam Darnold
5) Josh Rosen

2019

1) Kyler Murray
2) Drew Lock
3) Dwayne Haskins
4) Ryan Finley
5) Jarrett Stidham
6) Daniel Jones
7) Clayton Thorson
8 ) Will Grier

2020

1) Joe Burrow
2) Justin Herbert
3) Jordan Love
4) Tua Tagovailoa

The only true "Miss" in these rankings, so far, is Daniel Jones, and even he hasn't really lit the world on fire yet.

He didn't make a list in 2017 but he did say that Mahomes was the most special QB talent in that draft.

So yeah, discuss homies

I'm on the Wilson train, not Russ, but Zach. Theoretically it's cheaper to move up to #3 and get him than to get some other QB.

I have a feeling Trevor is not going to be as good as people think. I’d put Fields over Wilson though.

I like Zach but I’m not convinced he’s better than Trevor.

This seems like a bunch of people who missed on Mahomes trying to get cute and get credit for predicting the next ‘it’ guy.

In fact, this feels like what happened to Watson.

He was so well known that people started overthinking it.

Before you knew it, Watson had fallen to #12 in the draft.

    • With the contract money an OT first rounder makes you can ALWAYS get a new girlfriend.  And probably an upgrade at that.  You only got 2 parents.
    • Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.
    • Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
