You wanted Dalton or Tyrod? Looks to me like the Bears probably won’t trade up with money invested in Foles and Dalton and it also looks like the Texans are getting a solid vet back up in case they lose Watson and have to draft a young QB.

Taylor looks like a backup signing, which makes sense given that Watson is literally the only quarterback they have on the roster.

Also let’s them have a vet to start in case they have to draft a QB at 8....

Texans sign somebody that could fill a starter role. Has groomed two recent rookie QB's.

Wilson isn't an option here. He never was.

And Taylor hasn't been a starter for a while now.

      Who were we going to trade up with? The Dolphins wanted Proctor, the Rams were vehement on taking Ty Simpson, the Ravens wanted Ioane, and the Bucs werent trading with us except for maybe a kings ransom. Even if we wanted to move, we had no partner. Moot point.

      Devin Lloyd is a stud lb but who is next to him? Prince and Nic should improve. Lee was super value but i am not counting this fourth round chicken yet. I would expect some improvement; hope to eat my words w/ a top ten D.

      I mean I agree about diminished Cam probably still being viable. Even though it gave a preview of how teams would defend the pass against a limited QB. There was an issue with the upcoming contract he was due to get and his expectations vs the new reality of his physical status - that people tend to  overlook when looking back on it  It had an effect on things I believe   But I do have to ask… what about Tepper’s second major move? fuging clueless   I mean I would take even an injured  Cam over Bryce all day long.
