So Deshaun threads are the new Cam threads? Great.

LOOK ... men have ONE ball sack ... ONE. Women have TWO tit sacks ... TWO. But men have TWO testicles ... TWO. So can you imagine a world where men have TWO sacks ... one for each testicle? I can. And it's not a pretty world.

All I know is if he ends up here and if the fans get fuged due to his legal issues and what was given up, every single fan of this team will (and should) be furious with Tepper and want him gone.

Of course I cannot think he would possibly be that stupid and a lot of stipulations would be in place.

He may seem like it to you, but there is no proof that he did anything wrong. People are proclaiming him guilty before he has even been charged with a crime, much less given a trial in court.

At this point, Houston police have pressed no charges because they haven't seen any proof that the allegations are true.

You guys are naive... women have been shaking down sports stars for decades. The NBA teaches their athletes to flush condoms because women pick them.out of the trashcan and try to impregnate themselves with them. It's a harsh world out there and people will do anything to get your money these days.

To be accurate, Harris county prosecutors are convening a grand jury to determine if charges will be dealt. Also, the FBI is now involved.

Two of his accusers have chosen to not sue him. They’ve just filed criminal complaints.

We won't know if we fuged up for a few years, most likely. If the Bears are smart, they will let Fields ride the pine and let Dalton take all the shots while Nagy rides him into unemployment.

Scott is just doing the "pretending to not have an opinion but clearly having an opinion" thing. It's fine. He's been staunchly anti-Watson after the allegations started to come to light. I get it.

I have an opinion, specifically that trading for someone who has these kinds of issues hanging over him would be a really bad idea (pretty much the rest of the NFL would agree).

But the truth is, my opinion doesn't matter. Facts are facts and rumors are just that.

And the reports now say we're not interested. Whether we will be in the future? Possible, but that's a huge unknown for now.

Again, that's pretty much it for now.

As far as the future, talk to me when it gets here.

Is he charged with sexual harrasme t though? I'm asking because I don't know.

I thought the allegations were for sexual assault which means he touched someone, and he hasn't been legally charged with yet.

It is on the surface a ‘he said, she said’ of course as it’s 1x1 but the issue is his pattern is going to be provable from very early on given the number of complaints, with no relation to one another other than their profession type and those women collaborating their stories with friends to the timeline.

…and based on those stories he touched several of those therapists with his genitals

there is an in depth Sports Illustrated link that was shared on the Huddle a few weeks ago that goes into great detail.

watson would not be the first, powerful, well known sports figure to be in this place, or businessman for that matter and usually who they seek out as victims   are the non powerful

Devil’s advocate based on your comment, i mean, who would believe the massage therapists, ‘women lie for money’, right.    Proving the point. Powerful vs nonpowerful    You would probably be surprised at the number of hotel maids who put up with similar all the time.

it’s an ugly story   It will get uglier.  Given Rae Carruth, it’s one the Panthers don’t need

think about it.

I think that all three of us would agree that it wouldn't be the best to trade for him right now, but where we may diverge in opinion is post-Watson legal issues and if and when he is cleared to play again.

If the league office clears him at that point, like some of us are assuming will happen at some point, and if we are still in QB purgatory, that's a different situation.

To all of you white knight young men who think women can do no wrong and can never tell a lie, I sure hope you never get divorced lol. You have a rude awakening coming for you.

Anybody can accuse you of anything... when he is charged by the police and arrested let me know... asking a woman for sex or a blowjob is not 'sexual assault'

Clearly a lot of people in this forum live in another reality. Thats why i dont waste time with debates like these.

The reports are conflicting. It’s not unanimous and the Panthers have no incentive to confirm interest if they have any. Local writers got their marching orders and we’ll see where it goes from there.

It's certainly not definitive.

    • Here’s a summary of the JJ and Luke podcast transcript. Opening / Bryce Young Fifth-Year Option     •    JJ: Breaking news — Panthers picked up Bryce Young’s fifth-year option at $25.9M, guaranteed, coming in 2027. Combined with his 2025 salary of ~$6M, that’s $31M over two years — called it a “no-brainer.”     •    Luke: Enthusiastic about the move. Highlighted Bryce’s improving TD/INT ratios (11/10 → 15/9 → 23/11) and the value of entering year three with Dave Canales. Noted $25M is a bargain relative to the $60M top of market. Luke’s Personal Update — Charlotte Christian Football     •    Luke: Working with Charlotte Christian school football program, which hired a new head coach. Coaches include Greg Olsen, Luke, and Greg’s dad Chris Olsen (a New Jersey State coaching Hall of Famer).     •    JJ: Jokingly quipped that Charlotte Christian’s coaching staff is “the world’s greatest” — a Fox analyst, a Hall of Famer, and the best Panthers RB ever — all coaching middle school football.     •    Luke: Praised Chris Olsen’s deep football knowledge spanning decades and his ability to connect with kids. Round 1, Pick 19 — Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia     •    JJ: Panthers were on the clock and submitted their pick almost immediately — a sign of confidence and preparation. Freeling is 6’7”, 320 lbs, played in the SEC in a pro-style system.     •    Luke: Loved the pick. Emphasized you can never have too many quality offensive linemen. Noted Freeling’s size, athleticism, and arm length as key traits. Said the pick also reflects team’s philosophy of drafting great people, not just great players.     •    JJ: Noted reporter Darren Gantt compared Freeling favorably to Jordan Gross — bigger, heavier, and faster — as a potential franchise left tackle.     •    Luke: Pointed out that young players like Freeling still have physical development ahead of them, comparing the trajectory to Christian McCaffrey’s growth from age 20 onward. Round 2, Pick 49 — Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech     •    JJ: Panthers traded up from 51 to 49 (pick swap with Minnesota) to grab Hunter. Played audio from Panthers area scout Kaden McLuhan, who scouted Hunter.     •    Scout Kaden McLuhan (audio): Said Hunter’s size is immediately striking, and that everyone around him spoke glowingly about his character, energy, and love for the game.     •    Luke: Praised Hunter as a massive (6’3”, 320 lbs, ~34” arms) two-gap nose tackle who fits perfectly in the Evero defense. Compared his prospect profile to Akiem Hicks. Said having Derek Brown, Bobby Brown, Derrick Brown, Terson Wharton, and now Hunter creates varied body types that stress offensive linemen.     •    JJ: Noted Hunter ranked third among all prospects in run-stuff rate and sixth in interior pass-rush win rate — addressing a perception that he couldn’t rush the passer. Rounds 3–7 Highlights     •    Luke: Highlighted WR Brazle (3rd round, 6’4”, 437 speed, 1,000+ yards at Tennessee) as the vertical threat the offense needed. Also praised OL Sam Heck (5th round) as a technically sound player whose “short arms” caused him to fall but who has proven himself.     •    Luke: Mentioned CB Will Lee (6’1”, 33” arms) fits the Panthers’ DB prototype — big, long corners.     •    Luke: Praised S/LB hybrid Zaki Wheatley (5th round, 6’3”) as a big nickel similar to Trayvon Merek.     •    Luke: Excited about the linebacker competition between Devin Lloyd, Trevvin Wallace, and Claudin Cherless.     •    JJ: Noted Panthers had the #1 “steal/overreach” rating in the entire draft — drafting players lower than consensus big boards projected. Around the League     •    Luke: Admitted being “a little jealous” that the Miami Dolphins drafted LB Jacob Rodriguez (Luke’s favorite LB in the draft). Has personal connections to Miami’s coaching staff (Jeff Hafley, DC Shawn Dugen — a childhood teammate).     •    Luke: Also noted Miami’s selection of OT/G Kaden Proctor out of Alabama, who will likely move to guard. League Trends — Bigger Tight Ends / 12 & 13 Personnel     •    JJ: Observed the NFL saw its highest run rate in ~11 years (~52%) and a notable pivot toward big blocking tight ends in this draft.     •    Luke: Explained the cyclical nature of NFL offense/defense evolution — as defenses get smaller to match spread offenses, teams counter with bigger personnel (12/13 formations), which then forces defenses to get bigger at the nickel/“big nickel” spot. Called it an ongoing arms race.
