I think this is why the partnership will work.

It's Rhule's team and he's got the final say on talent, but Fitterer is an extra pair of eyes AND he's got the admin side of it down pat.

Rhule is ruthless - as evidenced by Perryman, Little and Slye (dude was basically cut on tv last night). He needs a right hand man to help him navigate the Front Office world though and he has that now.

With how fast this team is trending upwards. It deserves my optimism.

Good luck to Joey. Hope he can get the issue fixed. If so, he'll catch on somewhere fast. Wish he'd have gotten that FG distance record while he was here, but he'll get another chance at it somewhere before too long.
