Official Jets at Panthers predictions.

Jets 31, Panthers 6.There are a few things a lot of you don't realize -- things that haven't even been mentioned on the Huddle:

Our OL has a lot of problems, and a HC that won't put the promising rookies on the field.

Erving and Elf shouldn't be out there.

CMC is injury-prone, and most likely won't make it into the 2nd half.

Horn is a raw rookie, and will be flagged for DH 4 times.

Our DTs can't stop the run.

(Nah.  We roll, 41-13.  Sacks, picks, TD passes, the whole 10 yds.)  Good times.

Panthers 27

Jets 17

Panthers defense does a good job shutting down Wilson but do break down and allow for one long TD pass to rookie Elijah Moore who beats Donte Jackson.

Darnold starts slow and early on the Jets look like they might win the game. Darnold turns it on after settling down and the Panthers pull away in the second half.

The Elijah Moore stans on here tho 🤣

This! Statement game showing that we ain’t a bottom dweller this season. Time to shut up all the haters one game at a time!

Just my opinion though... but...

I don't think beating a team that just drafted 2nd overall is a statement. I'd say Cardinals/Bills/Buccs Qualify as Statement games. This and a lot of our first half (of the season) games are "must win" games in order for us to make the playoffs.

I fully expect a win. I think the only prediction you can make is whether or not it will be easy or ugly.

Prediction: 27 - 17

We win 27-10.

Sam throws 1 INT early causing a massive meltdown, but settles down and throws 2 TDs (1 to Robby), and runs one in himself....and he doesn't get sacked. Kicker doesn't miss anything.

Meanwhile, Zach throws 1 TD, 2 INTs, and gets sacked 3 times. Welcome to NYJ.

    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
    • Also maybe the biggest part is his fromer college buddy, Lord Lamar told the GM to sign him. It was done nearly right after and guess who was the first person Alexander met at ravens stadium??
