I think they ARE actively looking, teams just aren't willing to bite. You don't see many good lineman traded in today's NFL no matter how bad their team is. They want REAL upgrades, not just some randos off the scrap heap to compete with other bums.

Real upgrades....you've seen what I've seen the past few weeks. The outcome plants us directly in the bottom 5 in run and pass blocking.

My mind just refuses to compute that Daley and/or Miller are better options than Osemele, DeCastro, Fluker, Dahl, Easton, Sweezy or Forrest Lamp. Miller is tricky though, he can play average sometimes but also revert to garbage.

And Erving is not an upgrade over Rick Wagner or Schwartz. Hell Okung can't stay healthy but I'm not so sure Erving is any different. We'll see. We could have brought in Dotson...he's old but so was Whitworth.

I don't even want to mention Paradis. There is a viable option available for his position also. And an upgrade at that. Sadly we just might have the worst starting center in the league. The last two games esp.

I'm just saying, what exactly is the problem with kicking the tires on a couple of these guys?. If any of those names listed above are healthy, it's a no brainer to me. Maybe I'm missing something or they see a bigger picture here.

And yea we've tried trading but it's obviously not going to happen or the price is too steep. So if that is indeed the case then the front office should be actively investigating any and every possible upgrade IMO. Like I said earlier, I just don't believe we are fielding the top 5 avialable lineman in football.

I could be wrong but should be right.

They signed him to the PS. It was announced earlier today.

He's averaged 6 yards a carry whenever they reluctantly gave him touches, so confusing. Also Kenny Robinson can't get a snap at safety even though he balled out in preseason and scored one of our few touchdowns last week on special teams . They had Chandler play all 84 safety snaps and gave Robinson zero. I think I hate Matt Rhule, he has no reason waiting for guys to get in his good graces for his "culture" or whatever anymore. If you win you automatically build your culture

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
