Those are already known. Your point?  I feel sorry for all of them. Why do you need to know who they are? Only Watson needs to know his accusers.

My point is, the most pertinent information that would lead to their potential harassment is already in public, which is why you claimed they'd want NDAs. What else would be valuable in an NDA other than to hide the amount of settlement because it's going to be vastly embarrassing to the plaintiffs?

In today's cancel culture these ladies will be crucified by his supporters and exploited by everyone else. If I were advising them I would not want anyone but the authorities and attorneys to know what went down. There's not a single other person in the world that needs to know poo about it.

Well its a little late for that, no?

It's the NFL. If Kraft can still own after a worse scandal than JRs jean fettish then Watson should play.

The hypocrisy.

Watsons true crime was saying screw you to the Texans. There were no accusations before that.

Yup.  I believe all this is a direct reaction to Watson telling Houston to shove it.  I doubt any of this stuff would have been made public had he not demanded a trade.  Not a coincidence it all came out directly after that.  Obviously they knew about these allegations before it went public, and were prepared to keep them quiet, until....

FWIW there actually were. I read an article today that said there are records of some of the complaints being filed or whatever before Watson requested the trade.

Otherwise I agree with you

Its the same league where they are investigating a team whose name is literally referencing skin color and a coach from a completely different team gets fired lol....that's the league we're in.

Before he PUBLICALLY requested the trade.  I'm sure he made his intentions knows to Texans management well before it came out in the public. And isnt the accusers lawyer neighbors or friends or something with the Texans GM or owner?

Worth pointing out too that the league investigators have talked with them as well and after such meetings there was no suspension or commish list....

This one here isn't calling anyone a liar or saying anything other than that fact there...its one of the more unique situations we've had like this.

I'm with you.  And I still have always found it too coincidental that all of these allegations popped up after he demanded the trade and they were sought out, presented, and represented by the McNairs' neighbor who also happens to have a sketchy history as a scumbag, money-chasing lawyer.

I also recognize it's awfully troubling that a guy sought out 20 different "massage therapists," for the same service.

Again, a very unique situation here.

Yeah, I think both parties, in a high percentage of these situations, knew what time it was.  Did these women really think that their massage skills were so on point that the QB of the Texans needed them, versus their in-house guys, or some high priced specialist?  Most of these women have a couple things in common - they are young, attractive, and advertise their services on Instagram.  Not hard to put that equation together.  I'm not saying all knew what was going on, but I bet greater than 50% were willing participants.
