Well since PJ is probably starting this Sunday, I watched the highlights from his only other start.

Never forget, Kane and the Undertaker beat the hell out of Vince McMahon on that same episode later in the night.

I don’t watch wrestling.  I just enjoy the fine art of Lavar Ball/PJ Walker gif posting.

I mean just imagine if PJ started that Atl game and we got a win.  Or that Philly game and he got credited with win 2 and went back to the bench never to be seen again.  Oh, the legend of PJ would have grown so so much.  So many Lavar Ball gifs I haven’t got to use yet and likely never will.  A tragedy.

NE will crowd the line and play tight taking away the run. If we don't win passing we won't win.

As much as I hate to say it,  Robby Anderson might be the guy you take the risk on this week and emphasize in the prep.

Bill is definitely going to do what you said.  His next priority will be focusing on DJ Moore.   So if someone is going to be left often in a position to make play…you got to think Bill will leave Robby the opportunity.  Given he stops himself more often than not.

to win I think we have to pass and someone not named DJ has to at least be a consistent contributor.   Plus some QB runs/scrambles added in.   QB is going to have to make some plays to help move the chains with their legs too IMO to beat Bill.

    • He has attempted 8 shootout goals in his NHL career and made 1. He is among our worst SO guys on the entire roster in terms of career stats.
    • Against Miami, the Panthers were behind by 17 in the 2nd quarter facing a 4th - 5. Young completed a 21 yard pass and they went on to score 7 on that drive. Then in the 4th, down by 4, they faced a 4th - 5 and again, he completed a 17 yard pass and they went onto score a TD for the win. He also accounted for 2 of the 3 TD's.  As I said, he got them in that mess and no doubt, Rico gets credit as well, but missing on either of those 4th down conversions hands the ball over and results in 1 or 2 less TD's giving them a loss. As you said though, that's just a small quibble. The real question is how does the FO see it?  I am guessing they see it as something to build on. I think most peope here see it as a total loss and fully expect the FO to see it that way as well. Time will tell.
    • Kochetkov is just too streaky. TBD if Freddie is doing that too. Freddie is the more reliable goalie over his career. The Bussi kid looks like he could be a solid #2 eventually.  Just need to figure out the #1 guy. Same as almost every year. It's not talent, it's consistency and being able to step up in the playoffs.
