The Appaloosa Model hinges on performance & accountability -- if those 2 conditions make a person uncomfortable they should seek employment elsewhere from the Panthers.

Dude, this is an appaloosa model:

That and Robby. Spent $40M guaranteed when we could have easily waited till the season was over. Smart people in a rebuild should take a measured approach.

We guaranteed $40M to soothe an easily scared of ghosts guy and to soothe a whiner.

Then they keep saying poo  on the broadcast like "Matt Rhule said they need to get Robby involved"

Like wtf he's a deep threat WR not a premiere option at all. Like not at all. He may not even be a number 2 TBH. Moore is a 1 for sure but I see RA as a Ginn who should be your 3 for the deep threat.

Why would you be trying to "get Robby going" lol. Like when was he ever dat dood like a Smitty or any WR that would have a comment attributed to them like that. I mean yeah he hit 1k but barely scores TDs.

Oh yea check where the Patriots point out where the run is going and go right there before the snap.

Now watch it over and over again on other plays and say we have an NFL OC.

Luke literally called out virtually every play, from every OC he faced.

I bet Gilmore can tell you most of the routes coming his way too.

Difference being Luke is a HoFer and these LBs we face are largely whoevers or anybodies in terms of being an actual NFL LB.

So yea when any starting NFL LB can just call our your OCs poo its a problem. And is a major fugin problem

Tepper needs to be taking a long hard look in the mirror. Yeah, I'm fine with demanding a high level of performance and accountability but Tepper has to accept that it looks like he's failed massively in putting the right people (and perhaps right processes) in place to begin with.

You know, kinda what I said with both of our QB moves. It's a problem when I'm sitting on the couch beer in hand laughing at the moves and correctly calling how they're gonna turn out. I'm talking specifically about the moves at QB and the OL acquisitions. They were obviously horrible moves. It might be time to realize we're not smart enough to outsmart the rest of the league on this stuff.

You put a dumpster fire QB on the field and I can predict a poo ton of plays by an OC from my couch.

especially if the opposing coach has admitted publicly he can’t pass and needs to run and play D to not get blown out.

Just remember that the ones saying Brady needs to be fired were the ones telling people Darnold was gonna be good here and it was worth the 2nd rounder.

Its obvious by the drafting and free agency moves that they thought they could be productive offensively based on scheme.  Whereas defense needed personnel.  Like you said it is probably a bit of a reality check for them coming from college.

Maybe they learn from it and become better coaches.

TB wasn't a dumpster fire last year and had something to say when he left and is not a dumpster fire in Denver.

One middling QB and one poo QB.

The defense knows what's coming which will make everything worse on top of already last in OL/QB

Definitely not asking anyone questions. Its a fact his poo is figured out and trash. So you can keep responding with the nothing you respond with and it wont' change Brady into an NFL OC.

    • You don’t even need 1b because Tepper is the only one foolish enough to wheel that deal.    Player wise? Jake’s elbow. JR and Pep getting sideways, no Carruth, Cam’s shoulder, Luke’s concussions, it would be a long list of stuff. You can take it down to certain plays in games. Fox chasing 2 point conversions in the SB would be on my list. RMJr slipping at the end of that same game was not helpful.
    • Ultimately this just amounts to heavy revisionist history. I mean you aren't talking to someone that just popped out the womb a week ago. I was here all throughout the predraft process. The overwhelming majority of the fanbase felt like this was a fine situation and the best situation for a rookie QB to go to compared to Houston for example. The hype for Young and our "rockstar" staff was off the charts. No one could dare speak cautious skepticism of his abilities or they would be neg repped into oblivion. Only after he had one of statistical worst rookie seasons of the last 25 years did we get this narrative now that his rookie season actually shouldn't count. Complete malarkey if you ask me.
    • On the field? Since I guess it qualifies as multiple instances it might not count, but have the damn refs throw some flags on illegal hits to Cam's head in SB50. If that doesn't count, 1A. Cotchery caught it 1B. Kasey keeps that kickoff inbounds. Off the field? 1A. Team is sold to anyone but Tepper 1B. We have the patience not to mortgage the franchise on that Bryce trade. Stroudwpuldve been the better pick but he's not worth it either.
