Power rankings and lists of the like shouldn't be seen as anything other than entertainment. It would be silly to take them seriously, but people like to make lists and fans like their teams to be on those lists.

I think it's a little soon.  Cam has brought us energy, yes.  We needed it, 100%.  Our defense is playoff ready, NOW.

But I need to see us able to drive the ball 65+ yards and score TD's consistently before I'll be convinced we are a contender.

We have in my eyes the most complete defense in football, the best offensive weapon, and now we have a guy that makes it a whole lot easier for red zone trips to end in 7 points instead of 3 points. 
 

theres been alot of talk about this team not having an identity but the game Sunday is our identity

Defense wins championships and we have arguably the best. We lost some close games without CMC and with Darnald at qb ofc we should be on the list

I think Brandt has always been big on Cam, although I may be mistaken.

Honestly I could see us being fringe top 10 right now.  We just completely dominated the Cardinals.  We previously dominated the Saints.  We kept pace with the Cowboys without CMC and with a severely depleted D.

Darnold went way off the fuging rails in 5+ games and it cost us.  But before that, we looked like legit contenders.

I think if we take care of business against the lesser teams we face for the next 3 games we will be serious contenders.

Like the hype and media attention but let me at least see cam play under center a full game or two before I start getting giddy
