We have the most dysfunctional organization in football. We release cam (which was wrong). Beg him to come back after paying 60 million to two other QBs who will not play a down. 
 

At this point they need to just burn it down and start over.

His games against Seattle and Houston last season were on par with his 2015 season games.  That's why. 

This coaching staff sucks, man.  I'm not saying he shouldn't have thrown those picks, but these things are starting to become indicative of poo coaching once you see it is happening across every guy they have started back there.  It was already evident with Darnold, but this just cements it.  Their DBs literally know what we're running just based off the formation.
