Brady Christensen just had the best game at LT of any Panther this season.

Wrong on Gholston's sack, he ran a stunt and went right up the middle to get the sack.  We had Michael Jordan and Miller blocking one guy and let Gholston come free.

Our offensive line is dumb as bricks not picking up blitzes and defensive stunts.

That’s coaching

we are bad enough as it is, but we miss blitzes and assignments seems like every frigging play

im convinced we need a C more than any position on the OL…running the line the way Kalil did…we have been awful ever since he retired

and we need a new OL coach….whoever we have ain’t getting it done

Yes, at the VERY LEAST, we need a new OL coach, but most of the players on the line need to be gone too. They are quite possibly the worst collection of Olineman on one team ever!

I tried keying on Brady Christensen the entire  game and the time Shaq Barrett beat him was the only time he got beat that i saw.

Meanwhile, in a positive light,  I saw Brady put Shaq Barrett flat on his back once and manhandle him or anyone else that he was responsible to block. Most of the pressure i saw from Tampa Bay came straight up the gut or on stunts.

thats awesome, im happy to see any progression from the kid. Outside of the SB sack, I saw some whiffs in the run game, and on a Cam designed run. Outside of that, he held up well.

He did whiff on Cam's run, got juked by Whitehead....otherwise he wasn't that bad and should have been playing the last 8 weeks to get better.

As to Gholston's other sack, I must have missed it but will watch again.  I am sure you are probably right.

He was responsible for the Shaq Barrett sack... where are you pulling your stats?

Shaq was his man but he put Shaq on the ground and Sam ran into him...not sure how that counts as far as fault. He got pushed back a lot but usually stayed in front of his man. There was one play where a delayed blitzer ran right past him though...and Sam stepped up into another sack I think.

no, haha. Shaq blew past BC and BC only got a hand on him and shaq got the sack. It was 100% BC's fault. He just didnt get off of the line  as fast as SB.

The one play inwatched today, he let his guy come free. I continue to wonder why some of you blindly think hes the one?

He was getting bullrushed all game.  I just went back and watched the 2nd half and focused on him and bro its not pretty.  There were 2 blatant holds that the refs just let fly.  Maybe he can get better but I would be nervous as fug thinking he is our starting LT in 2022

2 holds that didn’t get called? That’s like every OL in the league. How often are we screaming about our guys getting held by these better OL we are playing against.

So our 3rd round rookie that got his second start at LT after being shuffled around all season allowed a sack and pressure against an elite pass rusher? He also held a couple times that didn’t get called. What a terrible LT. Might as well call him a bust! He allowed as many sacks as Moton against a good DL.

BC Played a solid game.  Not perfect, but if he can do this again vs. New Orleans next week, I say we have our starting LT.

The one sack I notice Christensen was engaged and a stunt was ran and the RB whiff (or wasn't even there) and QB1 had no chance.

It also doesn't help when we can't run the ball and the D-line is pinning their ears back on every down.

Rhule's ego gets in the way.  No way his FA and vets could be getting burnt.  He treats rookies like college teams did back in the old days.  Freshman can't play the first year.

    • lol well that kinda ended up working out in the end, even though I still don't have my jersey yet. Was supposed to ship by tomorrow this time, but just got another email saying it was delayed another 3 weeks and because it's been delayed so long, I had to tell them to keep the order or cancel it, but gave me a 25% off my next order as an apology. Well, my original fear came true and they are now selling the FUSE version (but still not the Blue unfortunately) before the one I ordered was ever shipped. But that's awesome, because I was able to use that coupon to order the FUSE instead and then cancelled the original order.  So I got the jersey I wanted for only $6.30 more than the crappier version costs, and it also says it will be shipped immediately and get here early next week, or 2 weeks before the other was now supposed to be shipped out.
    • I've watched this and think we are well underway.  Believe it or not, Bryce is a big part of this.  The way he bounced back with such grace.  And we've got a lot of young players who want to make their mark, Dave is giving them an opportunity.  I loved our draft.  I like the number of guys we brought in, and they will help build the culture we want under Dave.  We're getting closer, and I think we'll see more wins this year than most of the board. The right culture breeds winning, and winning builds the right culture.  Imho, it's coming.
    • As others have said it's both. One creates the other. But it also takes time sometimes years. And there have been teams lately with new car smell coaching staffs that looked like they were putting it together quickly but things came crashing back down to Earth. Sustainability is the key. For that to happen the meddling of our owners has to stop and they cannot be tempted to return to their ways over any bump in the road either.
