I'm a huge fan of Brian Flores as a coach. If you look at that Miami team, it lacks talent. The decision to take Tua over Herbert was historically bad. One concern w/Flores is the team's slow starts & the constant OC juggling there. But, those players play their asses off for that dude. He's a no nonsense type of dude. I'll take Stone Cold Brian Flores here.
