How does she feel about the payout Jerry gave to his right hand man to cover up the sexual voyeurism with the Dallas Cheerleaders? It is a neat non-disclosure deal and the league won't touch it for some reason. There are scum bags everywhere.

She's not exactly a big fan of Jerry Jones as is. On that front, she agrees that should be investigated and Jones punished if they find something on it.

When that came out I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to give up football.  But when he was forced to sell I had hope that the new owner would be different.

But the reality is that he's just another unethical weasel that doesn't give a flying fug about the team, its history or the fans.

So no, I'm not down for winning at all costs if that is what it takes.

Speaking as the husband of someone who's survived more than one form of sexual victimization, what would you suggest I tell her to explain how watching a football team win is more important than her feelings?

I dunno. Whatever steelers fans told their wives to allow big ben to continue to play and win for them

To not watch football if she cannot restrain from imposing her personal feelings on a football team that is solely for entertainment.

And if those "entertainers" happen to victimize a few women along the way, that's okay as long as they keep "entertaining" us. Is that how it works?

I mean, it's not wrong as long as you're rich, famous or talented, right?

Some of yall are creepier than you will admit and your just telling on yourselves.

You are the company you keep and support. Sports, politics, whatever. I know people spin thier own issues on top of debates like this but in the end it can be boiled down that easily.

Unless Watson is 100% cleared then he is a POS and I will never cheer for him or any of the other known predators, racists or POSs. No sport is worth that.

I read that Watson is almost certainly going to be criminally charged as the Grand Jury will hear all the accusations and “bad” about Deshaun without any rebuttal.  If they have any sort of proof at all he is in serious trouble here

Just want to add that testimony of the alleged victims counts a proof. He’s getting charged.

just read the Seahawks are now targeting Watson.  More attractive to him, and they are loaded with draft picks to make it happen.

They just blew up their team.. I wouldn't really consider them more attractive. We're both poo

    • Yeah I think he's just talking continuity it's not really an endorsement. Also I would think CarolinaHuddle of all places would understand using "we" for the team you follow. I can't STAND when dorks do the "Oh so you play for them then? Hurr hurr"
    • Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.
    • We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).
