its a 6th round pick. haha. Who knows, after jansen retires, we may have another 15 year long snapper. NFL.com  actually had an article earlier this month about the importance a long time running franchise long snapper. It wasnt satire either.

Positional value though, it's easy to get a franchise long snapper undrafted. yes it's a 6th rounder, not a big deal at all, but still better to use it on a position where there could be great reward. We wound up waiving the dude anyways and going with Jansen. No team picked him up off our PS, as expected.

lol I actually prefer Willis and then probably Howell, but I think the Pickett hate us just overblown by a large margin. It was similar to Mac Jones last year (and I was one of his haters). Accuracy and the ability to read through progressions quickly is underrated plus he has good athletic ability and a decent arm.

So are you watching the pro day if so can you recap it??

Only a Matt Rhule lead Panthers would be stupid enough to use a top 10 pick on a Quarterback who can't throw a football without wearing gloves.

The only other NFL QB who regularly wears a glove on his throwing hand is none other than our good friend Teddy Shitwater.

Please don't waste this fuging draft pick.

I don't give a damn if he wears three pairs of socks as long as he's good.

I'm not wanting to draft a quarterback this year but I won't be thrown off by something as inconsequential as whether he wears gloves.

Didn't Big Ben wear 2 gloves?  Pretty sure he did.  Matt Ryan also wears a glove on his throwing hand, which he started doing his MVP season.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
