Isn't Sheena wrong more than she is correct?  It seems I have seen her aim and miss a lot.

yup her and that Nat007 girl just throw poo to the wall and see what sticks.

They are not alone...

..."local" no-sources crowd is thick 🤦‍♂️.

Sheena was one of the first ones to report info of Cam coming back last year before it happened. She also has been adamant about Sam being done as the starter here since the season ended. I feel like people just try hard to hate her regardless instead of actually being reasonable about what she provides. Especially when she doesn't come off as unlikable at all to people who engage her. If you gotta problem with her its probably just something going on with you.

I find some of the responses in this thread ludicrous regarding Sheena Quick, as it was simply an update. No more, no less.

I also find it ludicrous that it appears like some people think that good journalism, not that Twitter is necessarily that or journalism at all, begins and ends with breaking a story (or simply guessing correctly). But, whatever.😂

It would be good, BUT that means we are going to be bidding with ourselves for Jimmy G…. Here comes the “Niners are will to play Jimmy this year” rumors to boost his value up.

Let them keep Jimmy G. He needs a team to elevate him. He doesn't elevate a team.

Sam for a few games, then see what the rookie's got. Throw in a game or two for Never Lost Walker. These are the QBs hand picked by Rhule. Let him ride or die with them.

I don't believe they are overly interested in either but being the only bidder is obviously the best scenario. Multiple bidders increases the price. You ever used ebay?

We were the only bidder for Sam. That’s a red flag IMO. If an actually talented QB was available there would be multiple bidders.

Remember when we were the only bidder for Sam Darnold?

That only works if you don't do something stupid.

Yep. We aren’t smart enough to handle being the only bidder correctly. You have to be 100% ready to walk away from the deal and not panic.
I will say we appear to be doing ok with the Baker rumors so far.

    • Link to article Seven players mentioned are... ILB Mark Robinson (PIT) - 2022 seventh round pick that was a core special teams player and was productive in the final preseason game vs. CAR (3 TKLs, 1 FF, 1 FR). Undersized at 5'11" 235 lbs.  CB O'Donnell Fortune (NYG) - UDFA rookie out of South Carolina (and a Sumter native). 6'1", 185lbs frame fits the Panthers' preference for long and lanky CBs. Panthers' evaluators got a lot of time with him during the Shrine Bowl, his pro day, and the combine. CB Damarri Mathis (DEN) - 2022 fourth-round pick that played for Evero his rookie season at 5'11" 195lbs both inside and outside. Did well under Evero (16 games, 11 starts, 65 TKLs, 7 PBUs) but slid down the depth chart after he left. Started just seven of 27 games the last two seasons. DB Dean Clark (NYJ) - Fresno State UDFA with good size (6'1" 205lbs) and preseason production (5 TKLs, 1 INT, 2 PBUs) that can also play special teams. The Panthers have claimed a player from the Jets in each of the past two seasons (having also played the Jets both times in preseason though). OLB Brennan Jackson (LAR) - 2024 fifth-rounder that notched three sacks in the preseason. Played special teams and rotated in on defense that could potentially be an upgrade from DJ Johnson. DB Beau Brade (BAL) - 2024 UDFA that appeared in 11 games and played 70% of the special teams snaps. Has the size (6'0" 209lbs) that the team covets at safety. K Ben Sauls (PIT) - 24yrs old and went four-for-four against Carolina in preseason. Made 21 of 24 FGs during his final college season at Pitt.
