They were gonna cut him anyway.  Looked bad in preseason.  So we basically trade a 7th for a 5 th.

DENNIS DALEYT, TENNESSEE TITANS

Titans acquired OL Dennis Daley and a 2024 seventh-round pick from the Panthers in exchange for a 2024 fifth-round pick. 

Drafted by the Panthers in 2019, Daley has taken snaps at every offensive line position but center since joining the league. The bulk of his snaps have come at tackle. He has started 18 games for Carolina including nine in 2021. Pro Football Focus has generally graded Daley as a middling run-blocker and a poor pass-blocker. Daley was unlikely to crack the Panthers' final roster, making this a savvy deal from GM Scott Fitterer.
