Again, horrible coaching and ganeday management.  How have you not considered what you were gonna do before you got to 4th down?  You dont have the charts resdy?  So you're indecisive and finally call a play, get to the line late, then have to burn a timeout to make sure everything is right with 5 seconds left in the first.  And if it follows the usual Rhule pattern, we don't get the first.  This guy is such a fuging idiot.

Not all the time, most of Baker’s batted passes come on quick reads, meaning he’s telegraphing what he’s doing.

This was an issue for Baker in Cleveland as well. His last game in Cleveland he had 5 batted passes.
