If we are offered a high first or multiple picks he should be shipped.

That’s how you become the lions, we need to add talent to what we have to become more competitive. Once we focus on the offense we should become a contender because our defense has been strong enough the last few years it’s specifically offensive play that has held us back from going where we need to be.

the panthers have zero cap an just came off the worst span in franchise history, not a super bowl run

have to clear it up somehow, imagine wanting to keep burns with zero cap, tough decisions have to be made, that played in to cmc thing more than people realize

i don’t think it’s a guarantee but DJ can be replaced with a competent GM, DJ has some clutch plays, and a lot of garbage time (not his fault) but we would do better with a wr that can block and also make plays in the red zone

only thing I’m worried about is that Moore is really the only competent receiver as of now, like there is poo beyond him so for that reason they’re probably rethinking it over and over because from other angles it makes a lot of sense

Rhule AND Fit really fuged this franchise up more than any span with Hurney, if he is still here at the end of the season I will be surprised even by Tepper dumbassery standards

This is not true.. They will have moderate cap next year and 2024 will be a 100+ million cap room..

I like Moore and I would prefer we keep him but I don’t understand why so many act like he’s some superstar WR.  He’s probably a top 20 but that could be argued.  He’s definitely not a top 10.  He’s never taken over a game, I’m pretty sure he’s never scored a TD two weeks in a row, rarely blocks and he’s not a red zone threat.  He’s a good WR but if a team offers a first round and something else I think you have to trade him.  It’s not that hard to find a WR who can get garbage yards and score 4 TD’s a season…..

    • Just going off the draft sims and he's always sitting around 20 lol. First year in a while where we haven't been thinking about the draft already in late October so haven't really looked into the top 15-20 picks yet. Also the qb class is super weak so he probably will sneak up into 10-15
    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
