DJ Moore should not have been penalized for helmet removal

Even before this, I can hardly watch a game because of penalties on every play and on stuff that had nothing to do with the play itself. I have noticed that SEC games are better to watch. They really just let the games play out. VERY pissed!

I was telling my friends this...  I could've swore I've been seeing guys take their helmets off behind the back of the endzone for years now without penalty.  Remember, especially during the lockdown when the stadiums were empty and they first put in those cameras back there?  Guys were doing it all of the time...  but then I convinced myself I must've not been remembering it right.  But I was so sure of it, I had even thought this wasn't a rule anymore....

Oh well....  anyway, surprise!  The NFL and officials screw us when it matters most and cause us to lose a game!

I keep saying it, but if we play games close enough that we need the refs to call it fair, we're going to be severely disappointed, because they never will.  We are the most hated team in the league by officials.  Period.

Its not about taking off the helmet, its about when. Only get penalized after a TD for taking off helmet. Thats what Im gathering but Im pretty sure you have to be the player that scored and the whole team can take off their helmets but not the player that scored. Its rather dumb imo. I dont see no problem unless its taunting or directly effecting a player on the opposite team.

The NFL has WAY too many f'n rules to begin with. Things are micromanaged into oblivion, and even then, they're often not even enforced, or if they are - improperly or utterly arbitrarily.

There's a reason for this................................Vegas. All those ticky tac rules are in place so the refs can sway a game into a certain direction to cover the spread. Pay attention next time to the vegas lines for a game, then watch how the refs ref it. The spread for our last game was 4 in favor of Falcons...................we lost by 3. There's a reason that a ticky tac 5 yard hold defensive call can result in a new fresh set of downs.

    • The #Panthers explored the possibility of adding Jaire Alexander, but there was never an offer made, a league source told @theobserver.   https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/1935436577649401872?s=46
    • Yes I agree, the future RT could easily be christ. When he shocking re-signed here for the cheap, he said part of the reason was the OL coaching staff.  I've already thought too much about 2026. The RT has all the options, including resigning Motown. I was never a big fan, but he's solid and peptides and stem cells can fix a gippy knee. If he makes it though this year and wants to return, why not for 2 years 16 million?? Or like you said give the job to Christ or draft your RT...... that I feel is the best current method. With both OGs in the 20 million per cap range and Icky......ooooooooooo boy he could be the first 30 million per OLmen in NFL history. That's a huge portion of cap space for the OL, which I agree with, but in order to offset those 20 and 30 million deals... you need cheap rookie contracts. (unless Motown would take a huge pay cut and whoever the C will be).  This is the deepest OL I can recall in Panthers history.  I believe Morgan should try and trade either Kingston or Zavala.  I didn't even talk about Yosh, Tarquin, or Walton. Yosh is same age as christ and why not him as RT after good swing tackle years? Tarquin is a UDFA on the prayer program, 150,000 in guarantees and why not him in 2026? Walton seems to be a OL coach favorite, he followed the Tampa Bay staff here after 2 years there and add in one year here, he's stuck around for some reason. I think they need to spend very light on RT and Panthers have lots of options, I love it.
    • That better not be the case. They need to be ready week 1. The easiest part if their schedule is the first few fames
