Ikem's doing the best but Cross has been great too, and Neal was looking solid but he's out with an MCL injury. 

We picked the right time and Ickey's the right guy. And he's a local. It was meant to be.

We had people on this here board yelling to move Ickey to guard. 

The response was to ask whether we could see him play tackle first.

I have been extremely impressed with our line this season. I was thinking to myself yesterday how it seemed like PJ had all day to throw basically every time he dropped back. Icky is obviously a huge part of that and will be the biggest part of that going forward.

Icky has shown he has franchise LT potential. But, we don't want to start calling this shot this early in his career.

I don't see how anyone can be anything but pumped about it so far.

PFF is trash but Ickey is a beast and passes the eye test. He’s been great all year.

Didn't PFF have him graded extremely low in run blocking?

PFF is not the most reliable source of information, I’m sure people can agree with me but this kid demolishes players run blocking. Coming out of college he was considered the best run blocker in the past few drafts scouts were more worried ab his pass protection. I think we struck gold with Icky, he is gonna be our franchise tackle.
