I was peering through the fence at the last practice in Charlotte before super bowl 50, the day of the pep rally.

i got rushed off pretty quick but I did see them practicing a WR reverse pass play with Joe Webb.

never came up in game.

probably should’ve spent more reps at practice on supporting mike remmers

The chargers and Natrone were my go to back in the day on Madden

He got rode into the ground but he was a stud. Def a guy who would have been more popular if he were playing today. A lot of NC people don’t know about him unless they are UNC fans or from Harrisburg.

He built a house in my Concord subdivision growing up. We had Natrone, Ben Coates, oh and of course NASCAR dudes. Poplar Tent represent

Slow at work (and seems to be slow here).  please tell me something new...Panther related!

It's been slow for some time.  I read a good piece on yahoo sports about the Panthers the other day.  Was basically about the culture change under Wilkes.  There might have been a little bit of that in the Burns interview.  A lot of people are liking what Wilkes is doing.  Just hope he keeps it up.

Glad I finally and fully retired.  Now I only have boring days at home instead of work.  Ha!  Not with the grandkids I have.  They keep grand pa hopping.

I hope your week end is much not boring and brings you and your loved ones a lot of happiness.  Your post does me good.  I bet you don't remember when we met?

    • Yeah I think he's just talking continuity it's not really an endorsement. Also I would think CarolinaHuddle of all places would understand using "we" for the team you follow. I can't STAND when dorks do the "Oh so you play for them then? Hurr hurr"
    • Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.
    • We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).
