Wilks is just using what he has for GL defense and run defense. This roster has little to work with on defense for that. Wilks did not build the roster. Who is he suppose to hold the edge with on the GL?

Fitt never built a good GL or redzone D for this roster.

Wilks is a terrible nfl head coach

      I don’t love Granlund but he’s the only 2C option out there right now. Since we have a ton of cap space I’d give him a bloated two year contract and basically pay Ehlers whatever. I’d also ship KK out for whatever and bring back Kuzy to center the fourth line. If we can move Ghost out and bring in someone like Karlsson then I’d go ahead and do that. I also don’t hate Burns for one more year. It’s a huge no on Orlov though. Rod would have to get over himself and let Chatfield play his off side though. Otherwise you simply can’t bring Burns back because he’s a third pairing guy who needs a speedy guy like Chatfield that can bail him out. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - Granlund - Stankoven Carrier - Staal - Martinook Hall - Kuznetsov - Blake Jankowski - Robinson Slavin - Karlsson Nikishin - Walker Chatfield - Burns Morrow
