Didn’t BSP get 1 of our 2 wins in 2010. Nah, fug that noise. Keep Eason on the bench

Nope. One was Matt Moore, the other was Clausen. BSP did have a deep TD pass to David Gettis, in his one start but then threw back to back pick 6s

I mean, I'm fine with it but just don't anyone try to tell me this team ain't tanking. 😂

they aren't, tanking is not real in sports. just because we got blown out doesn't mean we're tanking, explain the Bucs W and should've been W against ATL.

if we were tanking, then why put Baker in after a poor first half?

damn grown man really believe in the whole tanking hoax, I thought it was just kids that like the draft.

The key to tanking is Ben McAdoo and our playcalling.

We need Ben to be Ben.   And not have random games where he calls games where we are a rushing team that passes off it. He accidentally does that on occasion.

What we need to tank is for Foreman to have just 3 carrys like he did the first half first Cincy.   Yeah, PJ is going to stink when you give it to your RB 3 times in a first half.

    • I mean, I alluded to it when we signed him. It might be different if he was old and washed up, but he's not. Sickness and suffering will never ever allow you to be your best. Eclipse that and if one has the talent and inclination to thrive, the sky's the limit.
    • Renfrow makes the team and becomes part of the rotation-- then he plays well.  Gets NFL comeback player of the year.  You all cheer.  When I say, "I called this in June."  You will say "Pic or it didn't happen."  I will say, "you all disgust me because you are too mired in mediocrity to see my brilliance."  You will give me a poo emoji because that is how you treat greatness.   OK, I'm back.
    • I did a little research. I think that it's hard to say that we're a traditionally "small-market" team anymore. Technicalities aside, our fan base is certainly not as popular as some others (lots of fans from different fan bases can probably argue that though), but the Panthers do have a solid and committed following if you look at things like home attendance and---fascinatingly---social media digital presence (e.g., back in 2023 there were three million followers of the Panthers on Twitter, ranking them #5). It's just hard to get exact, up-to-date numbers because much of the relevant information is not forthcoming, but suffice it to say that winning changes things, even if temporarily. Even if the fan base is smaller, it certainly seems to make a lot of noise. We just need to win. On an off note, Tet McMillan has fairly strong rookie jersey sales. Between him, Bryce and Legette, maybe the fan base will grow a little.
