Simulation had Bryce Young go to DET @ #6 and Anthony Richardson to LV @ #7, so I traded back with DET for their #18, #55, and 2024 1st rounder so that they could select Joey Porter Jr.

Traded back from #114 to #121 w/ JAX (who selected Cameron Latu, TE, Alabama) and picked up there #179 in the process. Was beyond stoked for LaPorta to still be available and immediately scooped him up and used #179 to get Luepke so that the team could have a guy that could play the FB/H-Back role and led Tremble stay on the line as a blocker or a receiving option.

Moved back from #147 to #154 in a trade with Detroit where they also swapped #183 with #247. Then I went from #154 to #155 in a trade with IND. Tossed them #223 to get ARI's 2024 6th that the Colts had picked up in an earlier trade. They went with Roschon Johnson. I think I won out on that one. Riley Moss has been talked up since the middle of the season and had himself a great combine. Used the #183 pick from the Detroit trade on Ali Gaye as a late round flier on a pass rusher and #223 from JAX to at least try to get some LB depth. Anfernee Orji had some buzz during the season and played well in the Shrine Bowl.

    • I think the ‘issue’ here is that we had two guys that clashed for several reasons. In some ways they were different, but in other ways they had a lot in common, and sadly they couldn’t see the forest for the trees. Sometimes when you have two people like that together they are either going to love or hate each other, and if it’s the latter, you need someone to mediate and hope the two individuals are capable of putting their differences aside for the common good. In this instance, they couldn’t find a way to move forwards together because I don’t think either guy wanted to play second fiddle to the other. This video basically said neither guy had the tools to bridge that gap and mend that fence, and perhaps also were unwilling to give an inch at that stage in their lives and careers. So a divorce, while unfortunate, was always likely. Do we win the Super Bowl with Smitty and Cam? Well, it’s one of life’s big what ifs for us Panthers fans.
    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
