I guess I'm in the minority here because I would not hire him as our head coach even if he would take the job. He got out coached by a first year head coach.

I doubt he would want to come here. Remember when Rhules fat ass took Teppers offer to NY and begged them to match it? Well we’re an even less desirable landing spot now than we were then.

I could absolutely see Harbaugh using Carolina as leverage to get a better deal out of Denver.

Having said that, the NFCS certainly looks like easy pickings for any top tier head coach who wants to take the path of least resistance to the playoffs.  Shades of the Patriots in the AFC East and the 49ers in the NFC West during the 80's and 90's.

Starting in 23, feels like the first one to land a top 12 QB has the keys to the future...
