This doesn’t look good for Wilks. A lot of these names are 20 years younger with OC roles.

I hope this plan gets leaked after the interview bc I’d love to know what he has up his sleeve. I wonder if the reich play is to be the OC rather than HC. Since he has isn’t confirmed to have an interview with us like the others.

I mentioned the Reich OC thing yesterday. Have a feeling that will be the plan if Wilks is hired.

If I’m not mistaken, need another minority candidate to fulfill Rooney Rule requirements. Probably will see a report we want to interview DeMeco Ryans tomorrow. 
 

Low key I think the Caldwell and Reich interviews are more so for OC options in a Wilks HC scenario. If Wilkes isn’t the guy I feel that either Steichen or Johnson get the nod.

The only way Reich ends up here is if he doesn't get a HC job, and with a lot of them opening up I bet he'll get one.
