Beating the Saints cost us 1 draft slot after all

It cost the team TEN TIMES as many draft spots!!!!!!!!111

Missed opportunities-> current draft pick

1st 8-> 9

2nd 39 -> 40

4th 109 -> 114

5th 143 ->146

Sure, missing out spot 8 to 9... but there would be about 4-5 teams that need a QB before that 8 pick anyway. Could the Herbert situation play out again, yes, and then people can complain. But to complain now, when the win had this little affect on the whole draft pick order .  

(Please correct me about the draft picks if I might be wrong)..

If you think they is a Justin Herbert in the draft you trade up as high as possible to get him. Throw in an extra fourth and the fact that your first is one slot lower will not matter in that trade.

And now we have to play 2nd place schedule instead of a 4th place schedule. So now we have to play the Cowboys (refs), Seattle in their home, and Miami instead of the Commanders, Cardinals, and Jets. The gift that keeps on giving.

Not to mention it will take even more assets to trade up for a QB now (if we go that route). For all the people saying 1 draft spot doesn't matter, Herbert was taken 1 spot before us. But keep celebrating a meaningless win that everybody will forget by next year.

PJ actually did for a short while..i mean he look just as good/bad as any other QB on the roster....but then again he was undrafted
