Honestly Delhomme’s meltdown was much worse. Jake was the weak link on a stacked team.

Lawrence is a young player and one of the reasons the Jags are in the playoffs

Yeah Lawrence is still a young guy, he'll learn and grow from this.  Jake on the other hand was at the tail end of his career in his mid 30s.

I'll never understand Fox not committing to the run in that game.  iirc on the first drive we just rammed it down Arizona's throat and scored, then abandoned the run.

Fox should have pulled Jake and put Moore in the second half . We still would have had a chance.

    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
    • Canes are the deepest team in the league.  We have the best 4th line.  Jankowski, Robinson, and Carrier have been very good.
