I swear we're bound to be mediocre forever. Both Wilks and Reich are the coaching equivalent of mayo on white.

If we're going to have ANY shot at being more than a forever 9-win team over the next decade we'd better damn well NAIL the QB position this offseason because these guys ain't it.

I'm on the Reich train. He has a great history working with quarterbacks, made the playoffs for the Colts twice in 3 years, and has connections to other very good potential staff additions in the league. Look at Doug Pederson. Give Reich the QB he wants and let him work.

Isn't Reich the guy who went for it on 4th and 1 or whatever from his own side of the field in OT against Houston?

It cost them the game, but he wasn't playing conservative at all.

I'm not calling him or his play calling conservative, I'm calling the hire conservative, it's called a metaphor.

At best he feels like the hire to help turn our franchise into a solid squad, not the one that can lead us to being legit SB contenders.

I'd rather take more of a risk on someone like Steichen, "bad interview" be damned, than go with Reich who feels like a re-tread with minimal upside.

      He has made some good throws yes. His arm isn’t great by any professional measure though It might be decent enough, but the poor footwork inhibits it.  So he has to really focus on that and from what I’ve seen he is not consistent.    peace.

      If only Bryce were 8'1" then CJ wouldn't have needed Woody Marks to carry him against the Titans nor the defense to carry him with 3 picks vs. Cooper Rush. If he were a real QB, he'd have thrown for over 250yds and the Texans wouldn't be 2-3. /s See? I can do the same dumb, lame poo that y'all do. Doesn't this make the board a better experience overall? 🙂

      Their defense is on track to be worse than ours last year. Their run D is in the bottom half but their pass D is horrible.    32nd overall D, 32nd passD, 23rd rush D We are going to have to throw the ball against them, which means down field where they are vulnerable. Problem is Turnover Fred struggles to push the ball down the field and we have the 26th ranked pass offense. Running will help but will have to beat them through the air. On the flip side, Dallas’ offense is awesome.    1st overall, 3rd pass, 8th run.    But Evero’s defense is ranked 12th right now with the pass D around 10th and rush D around 14th.    If we can take care of the football (looking at Bryce) and we make plays down the field (also looking at Bryce) we can win, yes.
