I understand there is a problem in the league. I believe racism does exist in the NFL. However, Tepper let it be known that he wanted to move towards an Offensive guy. Wilks absolutely deserved the job, but at the end of the day the owner chose the direction he wanted to go.

Black QB who was a backup (ok he threw the first TD) for Carolina back in the day...fast forward.... got fired mid season and replaced by a coach with no experience.

White DC (born n raised in charlotte ) never got a fair shot in AZ, but got a chance to rally his team (after losing his BEST OFFENSE WEAPON) to the brink of the playoffs and brought back the culture of the team, and the players were very adamant about hiring him..

I am not shading Reich he is a good coach I believe. But if only they’d have won one more.

Actually he doesn’t if you haven’t noticed his whiney bitch fest tantrum he is throwing right now.

I did appreciate him stepping up in a shitstorm even though he isn’t HC material but after this BS he/his team is insinuating.

I despise Tepper but he is one of the most progressive owners (first trans cheerleader, Reid etc).

If Reich was going to be it all along so the fug what. How can he simply hire who he wants without making a minority going through the motions to satisfy a dumb rule? He literally can’t. Wilks should be suing the NFL for their rule.

Can we remove the thank you thread for the coach that is getting ready to sue our franchise? It is evidently clear that this particular are situation has nothing to do with race. We were not interested in hiring abother ultra conservative, defensive coach. Period. End of story. It is the correct call too.

he brought us back to where we were supposed to be as far as identity. he corrected the damage done by rhule and he gave this team a good foundation for success. 

i feel good about what he did here and i really hope he gets a job with an organization that isn't fixated on fixing an offense. We went the direction we needed to go as a team. We were set on getting an offensive minded coach with experience as a winning pro level coach. we needed to go a different direction than we have in the past. so basically it was just a matter of not being an ideal situation for giving Wilks the full time gig here. 

if he were to land a job somewhere else, which he absolutely should, i guarantee you they will be a competitive fighting team who keeps winning. he's definitely good...he just wasn't the direction we needed to go.

Wilks has a team of lawyers.  Tepper has a team of lawyers.  This will be resolved eventually with a monetary settlement.  This is what lawyers do.  This is how the system works.  The rest is just hyper ventilating and word salad.
