I'm not joking about this, but the popular youtube channel Dude Perfect is trying to build an amusement facility where people would be able to mess around and play sports games or whatever.

They should buy that land up. Would bring a ton of revenue to the area and honestly seems like it would be a ton of fun.

Welp, the last structure Dave Tepper tore down was replaced by something twice as big...

Quote

Tepper took great personal pleasure in 2011 in buying the $43.5 million oceanfront Hamptons estate from Joanne Corzine, the ex-wife of Corzine. Tepper had it demolished and built a bigger home so he could get a better view of the ocean from every room.

When asked by New York Magazine if it was his way of rubbing his success in Corzine’s face, “You could say there was a little justice in the world,” Tepper responded with a smile.

I heard a story from a business acquaintance the other day that he originally had planned to put his business in Rock Hill a while back.

However,  before construction took place the original verbal agreements about modifying the road and intersection changed right before the land purchase and RH wouldn’t back down. We didn’t discuss or compare it to the Panthers but made me wonder if there is some type of trend here.

Now the poor fellow is stuck in Gastonia for the time being.

Bojangles is a tourist spot now.lol

It was my favorite restaurant in the 2000's. Now it's something I eat maybe twice a year. I rather go to Zaxbys or Chick-fil-a.

I try going to Bojangles once a week and ordering their new chicken sandwich. Every time I try to buy one same story we are out. I drive off. Irritating. I also go to BK to order a milkshake by my house but the machine has been broken for 2 years now. I just order it anyway to amuse myself.

    • I'm not sure that in a fair QB competition that Young would beat out Jones.
    • That's why I said stats aside. I lived in CO during Allen's college career and didn't have kids at the time so I watched most of his games. Bruh, I'm telling you. Balls just spraying all over the place. The type of throws where you're honestly trying to figure out who he was even trying to throw that one too. It was crazy. Richardson was inaccurate in college but at least you could tell who he was trying to throw it too. He threw a lot of early in the game Cam Newton type balls where it seemed like he was just a little too amped up and everything was a few feet high. Richardson's misses looked like they were maybe fixable with working on his footwork, release, etc. Josh Allen's misses looked like "ain't no way you're fixin' that poo, dude has a cannon equipped with no sights". LOL Huge props to the Bills for evaluating him as fixable and indeed fixing him.
    • A lot can change over the next week, but here is my best 53-man roster (note: I'm just basing this on guys on the 90 man roster currently). Obviously there could be trades/ waiver claims/ FA signings.   Offense (25) QB (2): Bryce Young, Andy Dalton RB (3): Chuba Hubbard, Rico Dowdle, Trevor Etienne TE (4): Tommy Tremble, JT Sanders, Mitchell Evans, James Mitchell WR (7): Tetoria McMillan, Xavier Legette, Adam Theilen, Jalen Coker, Hunter Renfrow, Jimmy Horn, Brycen Tremayne  OL (9): Ikem Ekwonu, Damien Lewis, Austin Corbett, Robert Hunt, Taylor Moton, Cade Mays, Chandler Zavala, Brady Christensen, Yosh Nijman    Defense (25) DL (6): Derrick Brown, Bobby Brown, Ashawn Robinson, Tershawn Wharton, Sam Roberts, Cam Jackson OLB (5): DJ Wonnum, Pat Jones, Nic Scourton, Princely Umanmielen, Thomas Incoom  ILB (5): Trevin Wallace, Christian Rozeboom, Krys Barnes, Jon Rattigen, Claudin Cherelus S (4): Trevon Moehrig, Demani Richardson, Lathan Ransom, Nick Scott  CB (5): Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson, Chau Smith-Wade, Corey Thornton, Shemar Bartholomew    ST (3): LS: JJ Jansen  P: Sam Martin  K: Matthew Wright    Would like to hear everyone's thoughts
