But he could also be interested in building a rookie from scratch, especially if it's AR.

If he wanted to build a QB from scratch, the move would be to follow his OC to Indy as they will be drafting a better QB prospect than we could LOL

It's not happening. Steichen is going to the Colts, Johnson will be promoted.

I think we should go after Eric Bienemy, personally. Let him run and call his offense here.

Bienemy doesn't call plays for the Chiefs.  You are trying to set up another Joe Brady situation here. If Bieniemy was all that he would have gotten a HC job already.  Just say no to Bieniemy.

I’ve had many doubts about Bieniemy myself. Wandering why he hasn’t gotten a gig somewhere yet but I’d really like to pluck somebody off that staff and I think he’ll have the most Reid influence out of anybody. Qb coaches don’t call plays yet we’d love to have Johnson.. Idk but that offense was lights out 2nd half. Who’s mahomes wbu coach lol..

Bienemy will likely end up staying in KC or going to DC. His only shot to have full playcalling duties is under a defensive HC. Fair or not, no one in the league is going to give him credit if he's an OC under an offensive-oriented HC.

Bieniemy is an OC in name only.  If he's learned anything under Reid it hasn't been enough to get a OC much less HC job offer anywhere else. Let that sink in for a minute.
