You should watch the video about his life someone posted. It uses movie clips throughout but it is still tells you who he is.

Yea hes just a consultant/assistant.   I think they are going young-ish with both coordinators and pairing them with a consultant with a lot of experience to help them.

If Caldwell was offended, he wouldn’t have accepted the job, period. Perhaps Reich had a good plan for how to get this team moving in the right direction. Judging by his first few hires, I’d agree. This guy is trying find a story where there isn’t one.

I remember going on a field trip to Wake Forest when I was 8 or 9,  it wasn’t football related but we ended up crossing paths with him and he spoke to our group. For some reason I thought we were in trouble. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing.
