I really wonder if any one making these prediction has any hard evidence or its all just uninformed guesswork. Logically the colts should have the best senario for trading up to 1. The have higher picks to trade and Bears wouldnt need to drop that far and probably still wind up with the best defensive player in the draft.

The only equalizing factor would be if the Panthers were willing to trade more picks away than the Colts were wiling to.

Retreads the last 5 years have been painful misses as well so there is really nothing to lose except a few draft picks.

If it was Rhule or Rivera or Fox &co....I'd be worried.

With this crew we've got, if they are this sold on someone, I'm sold. 

If they are confident enough to make a move like that, then I'm excited. 

They know the risk and the cost better than anyone in here, but they (collectively) also know the job and the position better than most in the league.
