I heard the might, but no Jim Ottos.  (00).  I do not understand the difference between 0 and 00 than 9 and 99.

I haven't seen anything defining which players can wear it.

Looks like a skill player sort of number to me but who knows?

It is just me but i find it strange a player would want the O on their jersey.

I'd wear it if I was a player. The connotation of no limitations, undefinable, or pure potential are all brought to mind via the "number". Give me that infinite circle all day long. I'd wear it with pride.
