Collin Cowherd. It’s Bryce in his opinion. I know you hate Collin, etc etc

I mean, how many times are we going to have the number one pick? This may be the last time in many of our lifetimes, so I am going to roll with it.

It's definitely fun/exciting.  I love the debates, but at the end of the day it's a win/win between Bryce and CJ.

Why do you read the title and knowingly come in the thread if you don't want to hear about it anymore?

Such a weird thing to complain about, if you dont want to read the contents of a thread dont go into it.

How about just enjoying the fact that in April, long before the season starts, the Panthers are relevant, they are being talked about, opinions vary and we have the number one pick in the Draft, which other than season start and the playoffs is a pretty exciting thing

No one knows who the team is going to pick, different points of view should be welcomed

The horse is far from dead

oh the outrage should the pick be AR from some on this board

The Stroud/Young debate horse is dead though. People keep going round and round over size.

I would love to see AR or Levis be the pick just for the outrage at this point. I'd feel the same if Bijan Robinson or Jack Campbell is the pick too.

Would the majority of this fan base be that upset if AR was the pick?

I think it would be exciting as hell. It would mean that our very experienced staff thinks he had what it takes between the ears to maximize his immense talents in the NFL and that they can get him there.

That’s where I’m at. His ceiling is sky high and if we take him at 1 then obviously this staff believes they’re capable of getting him there. That’s exciting

I believe AR could step in day 1 and bring at minimum what Justin Fields brings to the table

    • I did not want to start or even think about *if* BY reverts back to pre-non last 9 games.   There is a lane in which Panthers are looking QB after this season, I feel its higher than most will realize. I mean....not kidding... has any team ever traded up to 1st overall twice in the teams history? I don't even want to think within 3 years, just foresee Tepper squeezing Dans and Brandts sacs to the point were they are forced to trade up for a another savior.....   The kicker is I feel this way with BY playing good-great..... I think there with be non-fixable problems for contract negotiations between BY&reps vs Panthers org on the whole. You can not pay 50+ million per over few years with 70% guarantees for 3,303 yards 15 TDs and 9 INTs......Cursed I tell you....
    • It's not surprising, but it's still surprising that many of these guys don't manage their money in such a way that provides them and their families a better lifestyle than most for the rest of their lives without even working a nine-to-five. I can't imagine making over a 100 mil for a decade and ultimately ruminating about supporting my family due to financial issues.
    • That why i mentioned the KC dynasty. Those three different playoff loses were not Allens fault, in fact 1-2 plays and Bills win. KC just have better players and better coaches and more luck.  Defense-wise, Bills have been trying to crack the Reid-Halhomes magic. Its near impossible with rules and KC home field advantage. Spags has started to force the league in naming him the best DC in NFL history. I agree if you take away Bill bielacheat.... Add in Andy Reid the best QB coach and brilliant play designer/play-caller, I mean that's too much for one QB to over-come on his own.  Just trolling or not, bad is bad scot. Allen is legit as any one QB has ever been.
