The NFL tends to frown on teams making big announcements around the same time as their "big days" like the Super Bowl and the Draft.

I was told that the Ravens didn't want him by a few Huddlers. 

They always wanted him, like they stated I might add, it was just getting the numbers right in order to make everyone happy. 

I bet it's at least 190 guaranteed.

If it results in a Hopkins in draft trade they probably won't mind, although they could have had something to talk about the last 2 weeks besides our qb situation and The Jets for the past couple days
