"superstar"?

good for him, but superstar in XFL is at best backup in NFL.

people play in XFL (or any other "professional" league) because they can't cut it in NFL.

If you run "superstar" through Google Translate for SpecialJuanese -> English, it means he had at least 2-3 tackles in his XFL career.

ANTWUAN JACKSON DT OHIO STATE | 2023 NFL DRAFT PROFILE AND SCOUTING REPORT

Strengths: Short, stumpy build so he typically wins the leverage battle. When he does so, Chapman can be tough to move, even showing the ability to handle double-teams.

Strong tackler. Has good power in hands and can anchor, shed, and chase.

Played with good leverage, even on the nose, despite average bulk. Hustle defender with a good bull rush inside that can close and get home when quarterbacks leave the pocket.

Lacks the size to compete as a traditional defensive tackle and is a projection to any other position.

Played with lean and leverage against the run, tough for one man to move (sometimes double-teams, too).

Weaknesses: Might be limited to one-gap systems. Agility isn't a question but misses tackles when he doesn't square and break down.

Only adequate burst off the snap even when directly over the ball, and his initial pop leaves room to be desired.

Hands could be much more violent when trying to gain control of the block. Does not hold his ground while facing a double-team; first instinct is to roll away to make a play, which can create a large hole.

Has limited range and is more of a run-stuffer who won't make many plays in the backfield - a mid-round, prospect who should be able to offer depth along the defensive line in any scheme.

Isn't able to consistently shed blocks and makes plays in the hole.

I think superstar was an embellishment by Juan

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
