Anyone ever own a jersey of an infamous player?

At probably the last home game of Kerry Collins a guy in our section ripped off his jersey and threw it on the stairs before halftime...  The jersey stayed there throughout the entire game...  Not one person wanted it !!

I tried on a Jason Peter jersey on once in Sports memorabilia store. The only jerseys they had were Peter, Collins, and Tim B. Peters was the only one that wasn't extra medium. My pops a Cowboys fan, just shook his head at me in disappointment. Him being a UNC alum, was still pissed the Panthers took Peter over Vonnie Holliday.

I used to buy a lot of jerseys in high school and had a Vick one since he was my guy in Madden.

After the dog stuff, I tied a few knots in it and turned it into a tug-o-war toy for my dog and he actually loved it, we used that until it was torn to shreds.

Worst jersey I ever owned was either Kerry Collins or Tim Biakabutuka.  Kinda wish I kept them at this point but they really fell apart.

Don't knock the Biakabutuka jerseys, my black authentic is still one of my main go to jersey for game days, also have a white replica one as well.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
