Top five O-line...? I like your energy. I hope. Top five O-line and top 10 D-line (at minimum), and we might just surprise this year, eh? Esketit!

Not saying we have that now, but he’s going to need a top unit throughout his career if he wants to play past 30.

Imagine when he has some years under his belt. He could have Manning level football IQ when it’s all said and done. His arm has also looked stronger than advertised during camp. A lot of tight window darts and deep balls to Chark.

He's 22 and now his professional job is football. this cat is gonna put on at least 10 - 15 pounds of muscle over the course of his rookie contract. That, combined with him at some point probably knowing the playbook like the back of his hand is gonna be amazing. Especially with these coaches

Definitely a night and day difference to the coaching staff and team dynamic from last year. I just hope despite his size that Bryce can hold up for a long NFL career. Even if he doesn't it sounds like he could have a future in coaching.

I just don't get it, why did no one say anything about Brady being turned to ash the last five years? Dude was almost 50. We get Bryce with almost no injury history, the same size as Russel Wilson, and people are afraid he is gonna be the one turned to ash?

Brady had already played in the NFL for 2459 years so he proved he knew how to avoid taking punishment. Let's be real, Bryce is small, but he's probably smart enough to find ways not to get hit like Brady was though.

“Pizza and Protections,” it’s called, with a stack of hot pizzas on hand to make it a relaxed setting.

Bryce Young, the rookie quarterback, 22 years old, wanted to run the meeting with 35 players and nine coaches.

Math problem:

HOW MANY PIZZAS WOULD YOU ORDER ?

Let's see what ChatGPT has to say:

Quote

To calculate the number of pizzas needed for the "Pizza and Protections" meeting, we need to consider the number of participants (35 players and 9 coaches) and the preferences for pizza types.

you might want to offer a variety of pizza types to cater to everyone's tastes. Let's assume that you will have three types of pizzas available:

Cheese Pizza
Pepperoni Pizza
Veggie Pizza

Now, the pizza consumption can vary depending on the appetites of the attendees, but a general rule of thumb is to assume each person will consume 2-3 slices of pizza on average. Let's take the average value of 2.5 slices per person.

  • Total number of pizzas needed = (Number of attendees) x (Average slices per person) / (Slices per pizza)
  • Total number of pizzas needed = (35 + 9) x 2.5 / 8 (assuming 8 slices per pizza)
  • Total number of pizzas needed = 44 x 2.5 / 8
  • Total number of pizzas needed = 13.75

Since you can't order fractional pizzas, round it up to the nearest whole number:

Total number of pizzas to be ordered = 14

Now, let's divide the 14 pizzas among the three types, keeping in mind that you may want to have a balanced distribution:

Cheese Pizza: 4 pizzas
Pepperoni Pizza: 5 pizzas
Veggie Pizza: 5 pizzas

So, you should order a total of 14 pizzas, with 4 cheese pizzas, 5 pepperoni pizzas, and 5 veggie pizzas for the "Pizza and Protections" meeting with Bryce Young, the rookie quarterback, and the rest of the players and coaches.

ChatGPT is broken.

on a related note:  Panthers get the lead spot and a small feature section in Peter King's FMIA piece?  The last time this happened was... uh.... 2015?

Either Peter King has been kidnapped and secretly been replaced by a cyborg.... OR .... reporters are giving us a fair shake this year, now that HWSNBN is no longer hanging around
