how do we get tepper to sell the team

Sean Payton's Vicodin

This is his toy. He wants the credit for ‘turning things around’ and thus he won’t let go. Similar to San Fran 7 years ago. He really needs help but refuses and wants to meddle at the expense of fans.

Like I said, it’s his toy he doesn’t care. He’s finding ways to make money and putting in input when he shouldn’t because otherwise he wouldn’t be playing with his toy and certainly can’t reap the credit for success, which will never come. He connects the dots he just doesn’t care.

Failing means nothing to him, in his mind, there are more important things to worry about.

with snyder out of the picture, you gotta be crazy to not have him as a bottom 5 owner (he's in my bottom 3 but regardless). what do we do now?

He’ll die in 20 years and Nicole will take over for another 20.

Unfortunately, this 100%. Tepper doesn't give two sh*ts about the Panthers. He just wants to be the reason why we succeed, hence him handpicking his head coaches and being vocal about it. Sounds like certain owner that has failed decade after decade *cough cough Jerry Jones *cough cough*

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
