I would trade everyone and start over with free agents and draft picks ala 95 expansion team. Get rid of everyone.

It’s ownership. Look at the Hurricanes. Two owners with no experience or expertise in the field. Look who did better and see why. It’s all Tepper

The best move at this point is the Panthers move to Mexico or London. Tepper is Snyder Jr.  and will bring nothing but miserable year after miserable year under his ownership.  This franchise is a bottom 2 or 3 one and will stay that way.

When was it worse?

We traded 5 premium players for a QB that doesn't look like he can play in the NFL and we're 0-3 (soon to be 0-4) with a brand new coaching staff. Our interim-HC, who couldn't even get a HC interview last year, took us to 7 wins - how have we gone backwards?!

It's a bad roster with no hope of improving under the current regime.

We were 7-9 that 1st year. I cannot see us getting close to 7 wins this year.
