Dalton Pass Chart

It's very simple: Bryce will start again soon. Maybe as soon as this upcoming game. And if he plays timid and can't produce again, he will sit again. There's nothing wrong with sitting a rookie QB. It's worked out for a lot of teams. Just as it's worked out to have the rookies take their lumps. Seattle with that noise was not good for someone like Bryce. Ankle or not, it was the right call after the first two games we've seen. Meanwhile, Stroud isn't sitting because he's actually producing. If Young can produce, he'll start ... lumps and all.

WTH?? The dude got a multi million dollar contract with a guaranteed money to play pro football for my team that i spend my money on and devote my time too before even stepping foot on the field. So far he hasn't shown that he deserves that Money or belongs on the field yet. The HELL you mean he has nothing to prove? Nobody cares about college anymore, im not Alabama fan or could give 2 damns about what he did at that school. Im a panthers fan, if you get drafted to my team then yes i need to see you perform on my team because that's what you were drafted to do.

Absolutely.  Far too many.    - just happy to be here - fans.

Bryce doesn’t have poo to prove to anybody on this board. Chill out. The fact that people here have to see to believe is a part of being a fan I guess.

You're right, he has to prove it not just to us, but the team as well.

BY isn't Jesus and performing miracles off camera... we're all seeing how bad he is/looks live.

behind this

Yuck.

Zavala is the next Michael Jordan on this team, continuing a long tradition of making fans ask how tf is he on anyone's roster.

Unpopular opinions - Bozeman is liked more for his character than his actual skillset. Icky won't pan out to be the long term answer at LT as we all imagined and hoped, I see him signing for more than he's worth after his rookie contract.

Yahoo fantasy knows

  • Chark did most of his damage on a 47-yard TD grab in the second quarter that briefly gave the Panthers the lead. Young could be back in Week 4, which would put a damper on the fantasy outlooks of the team's receiving options, but if Dalton is at the helm again, Chark would have a lot of appeal against a Vikings secondary that just got torched for 25 catches and 336 yards by the Chargers' WR duo of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams (knee).

Like bro... they determined you were completely useless out there. Same end result as a Huddler being out there or straight up just playing 10 on 11. Brutal.

We could have literally just had 4 linemen and had an extra skill guy out there and did better. This is almost as bad as Michael Jordan's 7.4 grade or whatever from 2021.

    • Oh good lord Interest doesn't mean interest in making a bad trade to take the player, that's why I had such a long post, to accurately describe why those are two different things, but you don't like to listen to that stuff.  Being interested in a player doesn't live in a vacuum. It's very simple... there isn't a #1 draft pick type of grade on any of these QB's, if there was, we'd just take them.  You can't bluff a pick everyone knows you won't make, and trying to trade the pick is the CLEAR signal that you're not taking the QB. Just because the Raiders would have interest, doesn't mean they're going to bail us out of a situation we don't want to be in, they'd be smart about it and just sit put, let us take a non QB as we'd be telling the world we're not taking one just by trying to trade the pick, and then they'd take him at #2 (either with their own pick or by trading less to get that one). Oh, and your point of "if nobody is willing to make the trade, you obviously just take the best QB" is quite literally the dumbest thing I've ever read on here. If nobody is willing to trade up to take the QB, then it's OBVIOUS that the QB isn't worth taking with that pick, so OBVIOUSLY taking the best QB there is just OBVIOUSLY stupid and a bad pick. The moral of it is if there is a QB worth taking, we're taking them and not making the trade.  If there isn't a QB worth taking there, nobody is trading up to #1 to take one, we just showed the NFL how bad of an idea that is 2 years ago, it's really not hard to see. You keep making up this mythical situation where there is a QB who has shown to be worth trading up to #1 for and we'll be able to leverage that into a trade.  But we're the most QB needy team in the league, if we end up with the #1 pick, either we are taking a QB #1 or no QB is going #1 unless we get VERY lucky and two teams in the Top 5 fall in love with one prospect and we can play them off each other and fleece one of them. But again, I can't see that happening, as if there was a QB worthy of that, we're just taking him ourselves.
    • Sanders is with Tom Brady brand and that's his mentor. The Raiders owner was with Sanders taking pics at a Vegas game together.   It doesn't take much to connect the dots that Vegas will be interested in Sanders as their franchise QB. Oh yeah and guess who hasa small ownership stake in the Raiders Tom Brady.   I guess this is just another made up Madden idea by me huh?
    • Bro I don't mind debating you, but did you really have to write all that to get your point across.   This isn't Madden. If you have the #1 pick you literally control your own destiny. If nobody wants to trade which I have a hard time believing they won't then you obviously take the best QB.   I think we will have suitors. If that's Madden then so be it.
