Was in my car listening to the radio and Kyle Bailey says he has been talking with people in the building and Tepper isn't happy, damn near furious about how the season has gone. Pretty much wants improvement asap or else. 

Take that how you want it. Didn't see it already posted.

KB is the guy with a direct line to Tepper.  If hes saying that its coming right from brass balls himself.  And thats not good, more impulsivity from Big Tepp..

Now this is the chaos I am looking to hear.  fug it tepp, we are already a dumpster fire, lets fuging nuke this puppy from orbit and just see how bad it can get

Step one? He needs to see himself out of the football decisions. He's proud to announce and brag about his personal involvement in these decisions when announced then get all pissed off and throw people under the bus when they don't work out. Look in the mirror and find the common denominator.

Seriously though if he forces reich to give up play calling duties that is at least a positive step.  If he fires reich going into the bye at 0-6 and promotes EE I could get on board with that as well.

 

So it does seem like what the Afternoon Rush was talking about yesterday has some legs

Yeah I agree, he's gotta step back and realize his desire to win and his ability to realize when he's being sold a crock don't mix.

Weird to say I almost think Washington woulda been a better hire.

Guarantee you when/if this team becomes a contender he will take credit for it 100 percent.

      To say that, is gaslighting, because it isn’t true. I mean, maybe one or two people do that but it isn’t the predominant behavior. Even Frank has given him credit. I think particularly the Rams game. A couple of glowing posts.   I know I have. Gotta be honest about it because if you aren’t it undermines what else you say.  But the degree of how far I go with credit, in terms of it being a projection of future performance? Not very far. Acknowledge it, but require more of it. There is a lot of bad play to offset.    I tried to remain passive while the last 9 games (post ankle injury) played out. It is just really hard when the lows won’t go away. I failed. As high as a couple of those highs were, there isn’t enough.    I know it is premature to just say I want to move on, made my decision after 6 of those games ended up pretty much really good or not good enough, but I have had enough of being patient and letting him show the reality either way.  So in my view, he Could still validate himself to a decent degree if he smokes the last three starts. But also in my view I don’t expect to see it. Maybe one more high quality start, would be my expectation. So yes he could still somehow justify having the job next year. If that happened I still wouldn’t have much faith given the last three years and all that has transpired. Again, there is a lot of bad play to offset.
