Uh..

Just Steve Smith is game changer. Give me Smith, Olsen, Williams, Gross, Kalil,  and Stewart and we will still win 8 games with Randy Fasani at QB and Fewell coaching.

Had all of those in 2010 minus Olsen and we all saw how that went, so I assume you mean a competent QB as well.

Yeah most of the people on this board would rather whine, cry, complain, and wallow in negativity. They really love to blame everything on Bryce, and they hate using any type of logic to defend their stance. It’s usually just “cope.”

It’s wild, I don’t see this type of negative finger pointing on instagram, twitter, YouTube comments. It just seems to be a lot of sad boys spewing hate at their rookie quarterback as an outlet for their frustrations elsewhere in life.

We traded up to draft him first overall most people don't want to hear excuses they want to see him show why he was the top pick. Just as much as you accuse others of whining crying and wallowing you sure don't mind staying up late pooing posts that hurt your feelings. You're welcome to try another community.

No one can tell me Cam Newton wasn’t set up for success with that roster.  Stop being dumb folks.  Not one player on this team outside of Burns starts for that team.

Agree that Cam was in a really good situation to succeed.

Offensively, Moton would start when Otah was injured. Definitely over Bell. Honestly, Burns is a situational player on that team. He doesn't start over Hardy or Johnson. They're more complete DEs. Unless he played a different position. Luvu might start. Luke wasn't drafted until 2012. Brown would start too. Star and Short were drafted in 2013.

Well guess what Frank, maybe if you used your gd brain you wouldn’t just blindly demand excellence from the kid. Maybe if you could look at things objectively instead of “I’m tired of losing, no more excuses this kid better ball out immediately he was the #1 pick.” That’s not how football works. Use your brain. Stop being ignorant.

And no, thanks for the suggestion but I’ll stay, I thoroughly enjoy calling out those of you who constantly blame and s*** on our rookie quarterback, making fun of his height, weight, calling him a bust after 4 games. Just because he’s not meeting your lofty standards of what you think a #1 pick should be doing. That’s not what a fan does. And it’s genuinely pathetic how much of this board has turned on and placed all the blame on a 22 year old kid who just played his 4th game.

If he develops and becomes a great player, don’t go rooting for him then.

Go back and read this post again. You sound unhinged.

So how are you above anyone else here exactly?

Oh wow big clap. You spend your days calling out fans of a franchise with 7 winning seasons in 30 years. GO YOU!

We all want the same result. But not everyone is required to polish a turd. People are allowed to call a product what it is when they see it on the field week in and week out. It sounds as if you just don't like reality. Well that's too bad. Good luck with that bud.

And you spend your days pitching a fit in Huddle group therapy because your team isn’t winning 😞 good luck with that Frank!

Mike Goodson was our running back last part of the season. Williams and Stewart missed most of it. 2010’s demise was mostly Fox/Davidson + Clausen with no run game.

Is this any better than Bryce’s situation?

Uhhhhhhh yeah?  Exponentially better.  Are you for real right now?  Also, those are not he stats from Cams rookie year.  He had 4000 yards passing, 21 TDs, almost 800 yards rushing and 14 TDs. This must be year 2?

    • Time to hit 4000 yards and 30 TDs (including rushing). I don't care about INTs anymore. That's a big part of the problem. He plays uber conservative until the game is on the line. Playing not to lose, instead of playing to win. Time to let it friggin rip from the get. The team can win with a pick or 2 if he has 3-4 TDs. Stop playing scared.  But to be fair, his WRs have not been great. You all can bash about 1st round picks and O-line cap all you want.  Chuba as your #1 RB his entire career.  Adam Thielen as your best WR for 2 of 3 seasons is ridiculous. Then a rookie as your best in the 3rd season. Legette is not a 1st round talent. Probably closer to a 4th if you compare him to Brazzel this year. Coker has been a walking injury report. Nothing else to really speak of at WR or TE. Jimmy Horn has potential, but he is not an NFL starter yet. Oline has been better as run blockers than pass blockers. Ickey has always been so-so as a pass blocking LT. Center has been a revolving door for 3 years. Damien Lewis has been as marketed. Hunt is a great run blocker but an ok pass blocker - when healthy. Moton has been solid at RT. Biggest problem with the oline has been depth. When someone went down, their replacement became a glaring weakness. Overall a good but not great unit the last 2 years. 2023 was a ish show. Nothing else to say.  Not one game breaker, take it to the house offensive weapon since DJ Moore. Hopefully we get a little of that from Brazzell.  Either way, in his 4th season, it doesn't matter. You have to be able to overcome whatever comes your way. First 3 seasons with a young supporting cast is defendable. Can't use that anymore though. 3rd year in the offense. 3rd year with the same HC.
    • Highest amount of OL salary cap in the league too. The Chiefs are behind us at 2 but we are ahead of them by a cool $23 million. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/position/offensive-line/_/year/2026/table/active/sort/cap_total
    • I dont recall that happening to a qb but my memory has been crap the past few years
