I would take anything of good value for any star on defense. Burns, Horn, Chinn,

draft and free agency look for a NT, speed on WR, MLB

i think we will end 4-13 and Chicago will have a nice pick, but it will not be our pick at number 1

If the NFL had 28 regular-season games instead of 17, this team still wouldn't get a win. It's 0-17 this year and next and then hope a new coach comes in and isn't dogshit.

It’s evident we have many holes to fill and the ball was dropped in management of trade requests prior to the draft.

To think we could have had Burns for 2 1st rounders and we didn’t jump on it makes me sick to my stomach.

We have no 1st round pick in 2024.

We have traded away our two best offensive weapons in Christian and DJ. Currently our best performer is a guy who was really brought in with the intention of a veteran presence and sure hands for short yardage and 3rd down situations.

I’ve seen speculation of different players on the defense that could be traded such as Chinn, Horn, Jackson, but in reality teams are not necessarily going to come knocking for guys that A) have injury history or B) aren’t going to be able to contribute for the next 4-5 weeks.

Burns makes the most sense to deal, even now retrospectively.

That being said, what’s the lowest price you take for Burns?

One first round pick? Two first rounders? Combo of a 1st and higher round pick? Straight up player swap?

What is even realistic at this point now that our leverage has taken a huge hit?

Will they even trade Burns at this point?

Thoughts?

If I were GM I'd kick David Tepper in the fuging balls, so I'd have some satisfaction and could then work for a franchise worth two shits or become another ESPN NFL "analyst"

I absolved myself from this place for a week while at the coast...SOS....but you are reality...

I'd raise the bridge, file down the nut and take the buzz of out the low "E."

I did exactly that to an old G&L bass a few years back. Sounded like a brand-new instrument afterward.

I like me some G&L Guitfiddles.

The rams offer for burns was the worst thing for this fan base.

Now it's let's get rid of all of our talent and burn the house down, so we can redraft a whole fuging team.

It was, however, by far the best for the team, and between the record and the failed negotiation this year has shown exactly why.

    • Bryce averaged 208 yards per game with a 61% completion since coming back.  How is that top 10?
    • Actually,  what lines up with your ideas he is too short or small to be successful.? His passing completions or total yards? Bryce is going into his 13th game with a legitimate offense and good offensive coach. And during that time he went from the worst qb in the league to top 10 by the end of the year based on game production against a number of playoff teams.  And he showed that he can lead comebacks and score under pressure at the end of the game and overtime. He stayed cool under pressure and was one of the best against the blitz by year end. That is the holy grail in quarterback traits and Bryce went from crumbling under pressure to stepping up and delivering strikes down the field. Maybe it is me but those kind of qualities far out weigh a few inches or a few pounds here and there.  Everyone holds their breath when he get whacked by a 350lb linemen and exhales when he magically arises seemingly unfazed. And yeah when he is backpedalling and tosses one out there as if it is random only to float into Thielen's hand it seems just luck. Kind of like Russell Wilson years ago. But I think you are letting your past rob you of enjoying what I hope is happening which is the development of our franchise guy. And for the record I am all about bringing in competition  at all positions including quarterback.
