Ooof.  I agree Chuba is better than in the past, but being the best one of this RB group isn't a major accomplishment.  Take out his long of 8 yards and his average for yesterday would have been 0.7 yards.  Totaling 44 rush yards on the day, 33 by our trio of RBs is AWFUL...averaging under a yard per carry yesterday.

14 carries for 20 yards is not a 0.7 YPC average.  You're mixing up the numerator and the denominator.

Chuba has been good, but I don't see him as an every-down back. He needs to be used in a rotation and needs better running lanes than he's getting from our turnstile of an O-line.

Still need to address the position to build a better RB committee. Sanders was an absolute waste of a signing. One of the worst I can remember in recent history.

The Bills just signed Fournette to their practice squad.  He's been out of football since the end of last season, being released in the offseason per his request (didn't want to play for the Bucs after Brady retired).  Since Fitts loves to poach guys off of other teams PSs, lets give him about 2-3 weeks to get back into football shape and then sign him.  We need a big, between the tackles RB.

not a bad idea. we need a hammer. at worst he could be what zeke Elliott is.

    • That’s basically the old baseball cliche, we can lose 100 games without you.
    • One last thing, they could have brought Lock in this year, right? Didn’t for some reason. I know that when Canales got here they talked to him and he had committed elsewhere. But I didn’t see that they talked to him this year. That means something, but who knows what.    I’d like to see a process of selection Re QB that didn’t include Bryce in whatever considerations get considered. What would we do without him murking up the waters.
