The spell is being a rubber stamp. Tepper is the GM when Tepper wants to get involved. Fitts is basically just a secretary handling the paperwork.

Also calling BS on this report. No sources or coaches named even with guys no longer with the team. It’s just media generated drama. If Frank felt he was somehow handicapped by Bryce then he’d still have a desire to coach.

We have reports of Tepper calling plays now as well.  It’s really getting out of hand. I’d take a lot of these reports with a grain of salt at this point.

Agreed.  It’s bad. 

I’m happy he’s getting roasted by the media tho. He deserves it.

I believed he should have been given the Mahomes treatment and spent most of the first year on the bench.  Especially after we had our best offensive game with Dalton.  If making him sit and watch embarrasses people, tough.  And if his psyche can't handle it, then he has no shot at making it as an NFL QB anyway.
